Saharah turned sharply and leapt onto the log beside the camp. Everybody knew about the battle, but she needed to hand out commands. She howled loud and long and everybody was soon gathered in front of her.
"As you know, we recieved a threat from another pack that almost killed Nanami." she began. There were sympathetic and horrified glances at the young wolf. "My mate is gathering anybody who will fight. If you are willing to defend your pack- stand up!" she commanded. At least two-thirds of the pack stood and she smiled grimly.
"Good. The rest of you will guard the camp and the pups. Work together to secure the camp- bring branches and anything else you can to help create strong walls." she said as she looked around at the pack. They nodded, their eyes brght with excitment, but also dull with worry.
"Would anybody like to add something?"

Story So Far (SSF):
When complications hit Mistypack, Saharah (the alpha) decided to take instant action against the invading uprights, shortage of food and overall bad territory. They then put some distance between that territory (around 200 miles worth) even with the new pups of the alphas and betas. Long story short, an enemy wolf was recruited, then turned against them and became alpha by force. Terror and bad times followed his reign and a battle is currently raging.
Kuni and Kari's story can be followed at the Fresh Kill link below the chat box on the right sidebar.
An uprising started by Sako surged through the pack and they revolted against the guards. The battle is raging and wolves from both sides are falling. Who will triumph? Add your attacks to the battle by commenting in the newest post!

Saharah nodded in agreement and looked around. She felt a sudden feeling of pride as she realized alll of the pack was standing, hackles raised and looking dertirminedly back at Saharah and Yeti.
"We'll win this fight!" barked one wolf, his eyes gleaming.
Yeti nodded slightly. "Shenzi, you in charge. Send a wolf running if anyone attacks camp. We'll leave a scent trail." He turned, leading the way. "I do expect at least a few wolves to stay and guard." He called behind him.
Sahaharah suddenly had a vision of them all spread out across the territory and the enemy pack sneaking in from behind and raiding the lightly guarded camp.
"No! And equal amount stays and go's. Some spread out as scouts like Rasho, Shade, Leezor and Frejja. What if they decided to attack from behind where we guard least?"
(Frejja is mine, BTW. Just decided to add her ot this pack,)
"I'll gather branches for the walls!"
Edure replied. She ran off into the forest and came back dragging three long sticks in turn.
-Edure
Kira left her pups for a moment and also began to gather branches.
*Shur'tugal sighed supposing that she might have to gather branches as well, as she looked around no one was sitting still everyone was busy around her* wow, i guess i should get to work too
Yeti nodded. "Fine. Hurry though."
Saharah glanced anxiously around the camp. Walls were taking shape and she smiled grimly.
"Lets hope they'll hold," she muttered.
Clover followed the other wolves, clamping her jaws onto a fallen branch and dragging it back.
Yeti waited a few minutes before gathering half of the pack. He led the group out of camp, through the territory, and over the scent line. He paused slightly at the border, and saw the other wolves do the same. Without a word, he led on, scenting the camp. He crouched and motioned for the others too aswell. "Wait here." He whispered. "Im going to see how well guarded they are." He crept slowly, not making a sound, until he peered into the enemys camp. He saw guards all around, and bones all over the ground. A wolf with feathers woven into its tail stood tall, and Yeti immeadiatly know it was the alpha. Most shokingly, the ground of the camp was red, blood read. As qhickly as he had come, Yeti turned back to his group. Quickly, he explained what he saw and guided them closer. On him signal, Mistypack galloped into the enemies camp with a mighty howl.
Yeti leaped at the alpha wolf, using the advantage of surprise to his advantage. He snarled, grabbing at the wolf's legs with his powerfull jaws.
Another black female with an eagle feather in her long ur by her ear gave a magnificant leap and leanded on top of Kasha. Kasha whirled, caught off guard but regaining the dominant position (My brainbrain is frozen and I cannot think of the right ohraze. See? Typos and I wrote brain twice! Wat the heck? *And the keyboard isn't working well....*).
Kasha twisted and expertly managed to clamp her jaws onto the strange female's lean body. The strange wolf was an excelent fighter and she twisted out of the way, leaping to the side as she spun and grabbed Kasha's leg in her strong jaws and crunched hard.
"Rahhh!" Kasha felt her leg burning in pain and she was jerked off balance. She felt the pain beginning to numb and she snarled at the female who was jerking her back and forth. Gritting her teeth she felt blackness seeping in..
Sombody! Help me..!
Kasha! *turns to to the other wolf whom Kasha had been fighting* get away from her! *leaps onto the wolf's back, forces to roll over onto her back and claws belly* Kasha, i no im not Yeti but u hav to get back to camp, your injury is too fatal *is suddenly thrown backwords (uh sorta) but stands back up, spots the she-wolf and attacks again*
The jet black female wolf skipped sideways as Shur`tugal lunged forwards and avoided her easily. Kasha snarled at the wolf again and bit her leg but couldnt get a gopopd grip.
The black wolf gave her a evil grin and galred at her weak attempts.
Drakon snarled as he sees Kasha being beat up, and throws the wolf he was fighting away. With a powerful lead, he slammed into the black wolf.
Yeti glanced around for Saharah.
Saharah leapt away from the stronger wolf that she had been fighting and staggered aside panting heavily and bleeding from the neck.
"Yeti!"
The black wolf turned on Drakon and snarled, her sharp fangs bared menacingly. She crouched.
"No wolf can defeat me," she hissed with a foreign voice. The feathers in her fur blew gently in the wind and she leapt forward, grabbing Drakon by the scruff and clamping down hard.
Yeti leaped away from the wolf he was fighting, bounding over to Saharah. He bled heavily from a gash down his side. "Saharah!!!"
Drakon spun, throwing the black wolf onto the ground though he was unable to get her to let go. He howled in anger, grabbing her leg. Through clenched teeth, he growled, "Theres a first for everything."
Leko struggled against a larger and more vicious wolf, but was clearly out of his league. The gray wolf snapped its jaws around his neck, and Leko blacked out.
lets see about this not ability to be beaten thing *leaps on the black wolf and yanks off of Drakon* u seem to be bleeding more than we are (which is supposed to be a total lie) *looks at Drakon and pounces back on the black wolf trying claw through her slick pelt, whispers...* her fur is kinda greasy so lets try and aim for her stomach
Drakon growls, throwing the black wolf away from (Aleta/Shur'tugal, im not sure which). "Go fight your own battle! Did it look like I was loosing!?!" He snarled at his packmate before returning his attention to the blac wolf.
The black female ducked as Shur`tugal leaped and then rose and flung herself backwards into a tree, causing Shur`tugal to be rammed against it and fall to the ground.
She snarled and turned back to Drakon, slowly slinking forward. She crouched to leap but suddenly her ears and head flew up and she stood, turning sharply before tearing across the battlefield with several others of the pack into the deeper forest and away from sight.
"Yeti! What's going on??" Saharah called.
"Alpha! Did we win?" Kasha barked, her head cocked and teeth clenched in pain.
Yeti cocked his head slightly, thinking, but Drakon was faster.
"Camp! Their going to attack camp!!!" Drakon yelled.
"How are we going to warn Shenzi and the others?" Someone called out, and a few eyes turned to Frazko at the mention of Shenzi. (I see a plot twist in our future! Email me if youd like to know more!!!)
*snarls but hears Drakons call about camp* oh great now im torn *mutters but attacks she-wolf while not looking and pushes to the ground with all her might* ha!
(Aleta, the black wolf ran off..)
Saharah gave a panicked look at Yeti and then ran for the camp.
"Hurry!" she barked.
Kasha staggered to her paws and began to run after Saharah, fleks of blood hitting the dirt behind her.
Frazko's eyes narrowed and he ducked his head low befor raiseing it up with a loud long howl.
"Arrooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuu!!!"
(I can't email! No computer- only moms. Maybe possible, idk- message me on Facebook. It's private.)
Yeti bounded after, favoring his limp. (Ya know, after effect of the gunshot) He howled as he ran, but when he reached the edge of camp, he turned around for a moment. "If any of you even THINK about following us, Ill kill you PERSONALLY. And if you dare LOOK at another Mistypack pup, Ill have you torn apart at the limbs and fed to the crows." His voice was deadly calm before he turned around and left.
(oh wow i soooo did not see tht XD u can ignore my last comment! wow.... tht was a failure on my part anyways wont be on till like next week,im busy with the "arts")
(it's ine, Aleta! :) )
Frazko bounded into camp and ran to his mate.
"Shenzi! Shenzi, are you okay? We're about to be invaded!"
Shenzi nodded. "I can smell them circling camp, but theres nothing we can do until they attack." SHe barked quietly, glancing around. All the wolves that had stayed behind were standing in the clearing, preparing.
Frazko nuzzled his mate and then turned away.
"We need to get the camp ready for battle...Shenzi...these wolves are worse than Talho Pack..." he said quietly. "It was all I could do to shake off a small female."
Shenzi nodded. "Get the pups into the nursury!" She barked, making sure every pup was in the den. "We'll have a few wolves stand guard." She bared her teeth slightly, preparing. Rustles sounded outside of camp and the stench of the enemy pack grew stronger. Shenzi licked Frazko's cheeck before moving to the nursury to get ready there.
Yeti trotted over to Frazko, still bleeding slightly from his wounds. "I hope you plan to make sure she stays in there." He remarked, refering to Shenzi. "With her pups due any day now, it would be bad if she tried to fight."
(Wait....Does Saharah know Shenzi will have another litter? It might be better if she didnt. Just another fun thing to work out.)
(Okay- Sounds good. And maybe she could like, be mad that she never told her and there could be confusion and hurt feelings. ^.^)
Frazko nodded and then left and called out orders.
Saharah didn't hear Yeti speaking to Frazko and she walked around the camp, checking who was ready, who was helping the pups and where everybody would be posted.
(Sounds fun!)
Shenzi stood infront of the nursury, glancing nervously at Saharah for a moment before fixing her eyes on the camp entrance.
(yayy! XD )
Saharah cocked her head at her friend but turned, sidetracked as Shade and Rasho came running back into camp panting heavily.
"We heard and came as fast as we could," Rasho said. Shade was next to Yeti.
"What do you want us to do, Alpha?"
"Just get ready." Yeti kept is eyes on the entrance. "Any time now..." he muttered to himself. All of the sudden, the scent of the enemy pack vanished, and the birds in the forest began to sing again.(As in they had all stopped because there were wolves trolling through the forest)
Kasha bristled.
"What happened...?" she muttered, sniffing the fading scent of the wolves.
Yeti pricked his ears, scenting. After a few minutes, the scent receded more and more, untill it was ovious they were gone. "Keep on your toes." he told the pack. "But relax a bit. They seem to be leaving, but we never know. But no one can leave camp for now, and I want guards stationed at the entrance."
Saharah nodded and scanned the camp.
"Why did they leave so suddenly..." muttered Shade.
"Whatever the reason, we cant assume their gone for good." Yeti barked.
Shenzi flicked her tail nervously, looking around hesitantly.
Shade nodded and turned away, padding to the edge of the camp and staring out into the forest, stiff and alert.
Frazko came back over to his mate and nuzzled her.
"Hey," he breathed. "How are you feeling?"
Shenzi nuzzled him return. "Good so far." She barked quietly.
Frazko smiled but then looked concerned.
"Hey, does Saharah know?"
Shenzi whimpered slightly, shaking her head before pressing her head against Frazko's neck.
Frazko took a step backwards away from her.
"You never told her??" he gasped. He realized what this could mean. Saharah was already stressed and she might be angry or hurt that she hadn't been told.
"Shenzi...well..." he sighed and sat down again. "Lets go see Reamo and see what he says about the puppies. Maybe he'll know when they should be born. *Pretend they don't know.* "
"I didnt want her to have to worry..." Shenzi barked, trailing off. She swallowed. "Yeah, lets go talk to Reamo." (Unless you have a plan, maybe Reamo is working on Saharahs wounds and she finds out that way?)
Frazko padded over to the black wolf.
"Hey, Reamo." he barked. "Can you check Shenzi again- I wanna make sure she's not having trouble. And do you have any idea when the pups should be due?"
Reamo nodded. "Id be glad to check, and from what I could tell last time, they'll be due any day." He turned. "Come on, its easier to check in my den where its quieter."
Saharah, who had been restiing in the shade beside the ferns lifted her head, staring out of the shadows as her friend followed Reamo into the recently built den.
Pups? She's going to have pups? Saharah shook her head and stood up, confusion writing on her face.
"Why wouldn't she have told me?" she whispered. She padded over toward the healers den.
Shenzi followed Reamo in and sat down, seeing Saharah coming. SHe looked away, trying to hide her worry.
Saharah cocked her head.
"Shenzi? Whats wrong? Why are you here- is your eye hurting?"
"No, um..." Shenzi shifted her weight. "Im...uh...."
Shenzi swallowed. "Im expecting pups."
The tension in the air made Frazko cringe. Saharah stared back at Shenzi, hurt showing in her eyes.
"..Why...why didn't you tell me...?"
(omg, what if it wasn't Frazko...!)
(That could be epic....)
"I-i didnt want you to worry..." Shenzi barked, tears of guilt running down her face.
(Dude, seriously!)
Saharah turned her head away.
What's a friendship without trust.. she thought. She turned and left silently. Frazko glanced at his mate's face and then also left after dipping his head, leaving Shenzi alone.
(Idk...Shenzi isnt that kind of wolf, ya know? Maybe. Ill decide as we go.)
Shenzi paused for a moment before turning out of the den, and sneaking the back way out of camp. As soon as she was out, she started running, through the forest, leaping rocks and creeks without any idea where she was going. She didnt notice when she passed the scent barriar, and only stopped when she reached a cliff looking over the river. SHe panted, out of breath, and layed down. All of the sudden, her belly exploded in pain. No! Not yet!
(Yeah, your right.)
(Oooh!)
Rain turned at the sound of running paws and dropped the rabbit she was holding. She saw Shenzi fly past her and she cocked her head and flicked her ears.
"Isn't that the beta? What's wrong?" she asked out loud. She hurriedly cover the rabbit with dirt and ran after Shenzi. As she crossed the border she felt her hackles rise involentarily and she ran harder.
What if those wolves see her! she thought desperatly. She ran even faster and came out of the forest seeing Shenzi lying on the cliff edge panting. She saw a flash of black fur but when she turned it was gone.
"Shenzi!" she yelled.
Shenzi looked up, shock spreading over her face. "Rain....? SHe barked weakly.
(wanna do something with the black fur? Idk where I was going. XD)
Rain ran to the Beta, anxiety strangly making her think clearly.
"Shenzi! What's wrong?" she asked, swishing her tail and flicking her ears trying to pinpoint any other wolves in the area.
(I think we can....I HAVE A GOOD IDEA!!! Okay, stick with me here, I have a plan, but Im not going to tell you yet XD)
"My pups are coming." Shenzi barked weakly, half wanted to tell Rain to go away due to her embarassment.
(Kay!)
Rain stood there, hesitant to run for help but not knowing a thing about birthing herself.
"Uh..."
(Kay!)
Rain stood there, hesitant to run for help but not knowing a thing about birthing herself.
"Uh..."
Shenzi glanced around hersurroundings a bit, catching a qhickly flash of black. She focused and caught the slight outline of an ear against the forest."I think... theres someone here..." SHenzi barked.
Rain turned sharply, her ears perked and her whole body tense.
"Shenzi...I think we're in that other pack's territory......"
Shenzi said nothing a first. After a moment, she barked, "Its not like there's a choice." Her tone was somber. She groaned, and a small gray pup was born.(Such an awkwrd thing to say...there's not a good way to say it.)
(I know, seriously! With Saharah I'm all- "...She lay panting.......and a few hours later-" lol.)
Rain paced back and forth, hesitant to leave but not wanting to stay near in the awkward situation.
I hope their not to small... she thought to herself anxiously.
Withing the next few minutes, four more pups were born. (Yes, I know, large litter, but remember there have been dogs who have had 20 pups in a litter, therefor I doubt thats too many. Youll see my plan though)
All of the sudden, four black wolves with eyes that color of the winter moon burst out of the trees. Two tackled Rain immeadiatly, and the other two went for Shenzi. One wolf pinned her down, and the other began tossing the pups off the cliff. (I wish I had a more epic way to put that...Dont have Rain intervene with the pups being thrown off the cliff. Its pard of my plan)
(WHAT THE HECK!??!?!??!??!?!??!!!??!)
Rain struggled and as the wolves grabbed the pups Rain bellowed like a wounded elk.
"NO! STOP!" she wriggled and strained before howling at the top of her lungs, praying sombody would hear.
(Of course, they may not.. AND WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!! o.o 0.0 o.o 0.0!)
(My plan-youll see. Perfectly(okay, maybe not perfectly) designed. Its called my-math-teacher-spends-most-of-the-class-doing-nothing-therefor-I-have-alot-of-time-to-think-random-plots-ness)
Shenzi cried out in pain as the black wolves threw her pups over the cliff. There was no way they could have survived, the cliff was tall and ended in raging rapids. All of the sudden Yeti and Saharah(Sorry If im slightly playing Saharah, but I need to execute this plan properly.) Yeti tackled the wolf that was throwing pups off the cliff, knocking it dont till it half hung off, srabbling for a grip, before ripping the wolf off of Shenzi and throwing it off the cliff. (Okay, sorry if im ruinning this, but have Saharah and Rain take care of the other two. Then I shall finish my plan.)
(Oh, and If youd rather not use Saharah for this though it is quite epic, feel free to change it.)
(Ok, I proboly should tell you the plan. The rescuers get there late and get rid of the black wolves, but the 5 pups are already dead. Everyone is mortifed untill Shenzi has one last pup. Not going any further)
(Coolness- epicness, use Saharah anytime you wantness)
Saharah snarled at the black offender beside Rain and grabbed the wolf who, cought off guard, fell sideways and stumbled off the cliff, yelping and scrabbling at the air till he hit the rapids with a splash, paddling through thte water as hard s he could but continually dissapearng under the current.
Rain jumped to her paws and coughed.
"Shenzi!" Saharah ran to her freind.
The last black wolf scrabbled on the edge of the cliff, crying out in terror. Yeti stepped closer, sighed slightly, the boosted it onto land, where it lay panting. "Not a word." He whispered in its ear before turning back to the others.
Shenzi lay there with her eyes sqeezed shut, as blocking out the work.
Clover handed the branch to a wolf, pricking her ears. She heard yowling in the distance. She started to back up, thinking about going to help, then ran into Sako.
Saharah felt hot tears stinging against her eyes and she blinked. Snarling she lunged at the black wolf.
"YOU EVIL-" (uhhhmm...) "!!!!" she snarled. She lunged for his throat, the sudden hunger for blood making her crazy.
Sako raised his head,
"!Oh! Sorry, uh, Clover-" he stumbled around her. He felt humiliated but he didn't show it. He never showed inner feelings.
Yeti pulled Saharah off the black wolf. "Not yet." he barked quietly. "Soon. After all, thats no way to torture a prisoner." He gave the black an evil look, then turned back to where Shenzi lay, sadness entering his eyes immeadatly.
Saharah gave a small cry and turned to her friend.
"Shenzi!"
Shenzi didnt respond, but was alsmost completely unaware of the rest of the word. She whimpered slightly, and one more pup was born: A large black male.
(HA HAAAH! BLACK!!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAH!!! RAAAAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAA!)
Saharah nuzzled her friend.
"Shenzi! You had another pup!" she murmured.
(I missed the irony of that while I saw writing it XD)
Shenzi slowly opened her eyes, pulling her pup colder to her where it began to nurse. She then looked up slowly at everyone else, blinking back tears.
(Ha ha ha!)
Saharah whimpered and sank down beside her friend, burying her face beside Shenzi's.
Shenzi said nothing, but pressed against Saharah.
Yeti shifted nervously, keeping an eye on the prisoner.
Rain stepped back awkwardly and glanced at the white alpha with a cocked head.
Yeti nodded slightly before speaking. "Shenzi, are you strong enough to make it back to camp? We should get back into the territory...."
Shenzi nodded slightly, standing up, but keeping her pups close.
(Uh..pup... ;'( Not plural. )
Saharah stood up, helping her friend.
(Typo. I dont pay enough attention to what Im doing...)
Shenzi leaned slightly on Saharah before finding the strngth herself. "Saharah, can you carry...Oki?" She asked quietly, looking sown at the small blue-gray and ginger wolf. (Trying to make an odd coloring sound somewhat normal XD)
(lol)
Saharah smiled and grasped the pup in her mouth gently and padded along beside her.
(LOL!)
Yeti led on until they entered camp. She took her pup, carrying him while she looked around for Frazko.
(wait i thought the pup was black and 2 IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! shall i join in? joining in so ud better say yes XD)
Hey does anyone know where Saharah is?
(couldnt think of anything else, im sorry i lost my inspiration...)
(lol, Aleta)
Kira licked her pups and turned around.
"Um, Saharah and Yeti were out hunting a short while ago..." she answered hesitantly. "They'll probably be back soon. Oh!" she stood quicly as they entered the camp and the pack crowded around Yeti and the pup.
Frazko came bolting over.
"Shenzi! Are youokay?" he smiled at the pup but his face fell an his eyes turned dark as he saw Shenzi's and Sahah's faces, grave and devestated.
"What happened..."
Shenzi forced a smile. "Frazko, meet Oki. Oki, meet Frazko, your father." She attempted to cound cheerfull, but the act fell as she buried her face into his shoulder and began to sob. "There were 5 other pups, Frazko. That wolf, the black one, threw them off a cliff..." (That doesnt sound odd or anything. Yes, Yeti is holding the black olf captive.)
Oh my god! who would be so cruel as to do that!?!?!?! *Shur`tugal had to tally forgoten her question, breathes in deeply and says feircely* u dont know how much i want to hurt you right know *to the black wolf held hostage* no one is seriously hurt right?
(Ha ha! So random. So sad, and so out of place..)
(Whoa, whoa, Aleta. No cussing.)
Saharah stayed, staring blankly ahead of her, her sides slowly moving in and out as she tried to control her feelings.
Frazko froze, standing rigid while his fierce, icy glare reaching the black murderer and seemingy staring straight through him.
"You..." he whispered, his voice choked and barely audible. He narrowed his eyes, his breathing heavy.
(By the way, will they look for survivors? Will they find bodies!? 0.0 what are they gonna do to the stranger? Why hasn't he protested? Why am I still asking weird questions....)
The black wolf lowered his head but said nothing. His face expressionless.
Shezni also said nothing, staring at the black wolf with cold hatred.
(The black wolf has done nothing because Yeti saved his life and spared him when he could have just as easilt let him diem nd Yetis been 'keeping an eye on him' the entire time. I havent decided on his fate yet. And I think maybe theyr find the bodies washed up on the river bank near camp. Maybe one or two are still alive. idk)
Saharah turned to her mate, dull pain mixed with a firey hatred burning in her eyes.
"What are we doing with him, Yeti? I don't want his kind of scum setting paw on my territory- let alone the camp." she growled.
Yeti nodded agreeingly. "He's staying until we decide whether ot not to kill him." He decided. Until then, Ill have one wolf guard him at all times." He looked to Sahrah for agreement.
Saharah glared at the black wolf who resturned the stare with unnerving calmness before she turned with a snarl.
"He stays away from the camp," she growled.
(haha no worries i dont cuss wow i need to get on more often)
well if he doesnt stay in camp where will he stay? we cant just let him go obviously, and who can watch him since most of us are hurt from our last battle
- Shur`tugal
(I dont know wht happened to my character, she has suddenly turned weird! i need to get her back to her original personality! lol)
(Lol, Aleta. I know. I hate character devolopment! My character Rasho turned all nice and loyal. He's supposed to be distant and an epic rebel! Whatever. Let your fingers tell the story.)
Saharah didn't turn.
"Let him stay anywhere outside the camp." she growled, flicking her ears with annoyance.
"Just not in the camp. Come on, Shenzi..."
well when i was coming to Mistypack i almost fell into a fox den and tht was where i spent the night, it looked pretty easy to guard. only thing is im not sure how far it is from here, i mean its still in the territory but...
Rain pricked her ears toward Yeti and sat down.
"I saw it recently. It's not far away- but why would that murderer deserve a den?" she reasoned.
Yeti spoke loudly "And what wolf want to stay out in the cold at night with a murderer? Who wants to guard him outside camp in rain and snow? Theres places in camp he can stay and be pefectly guarded. Theres a few extra dens he could stay in."
Saharah turned, her hackles raised and her fangs bared at the group standing behind her.
"HE STAYS OUT OF THE CAMP!" she snarled, the yellow hints of her copper brown eyes seeming to stand out as her frustration and fury was released.
"Kill him now! He's a murderer!" she spat.
"But Saharah-" Rain stood to speak, against her better judgement and Saharah came leaping over, her tail raised and she snarled at Rain. Rain rolled on her back, showing her stomach.
Saharah growled, her ears pinned to her head.
Yeti leapt beween Saharah and Rain, baring his teeth, tensed for battle. "DONT take it out on loyal packmates!" He growled through clenched teeth.
Saharah turned to her mate, disbelieve showing all over her face. She slowly closed her partly opened mouth and narrowed her eyes slightly. She turned and left, her tail and head lowered.
Rain stood up, her head low and tail tucked in slightly. She said nothing and watched to see what Yeti would do with the black wolf.
"Rasho. Put that wolf in an empty den now. Kurow, take a few wolves and hunt. Shade, check the borders. I don't care which borders, just check them." Yeti half snarled, his voice reverberating through the empty camp. His head held high, he turned into his den, nearly plowing through the wolves that stood between him and it.
Shenzi quickly put Oki at Frazko's feet, then rushed after Saharah.
Juno stood next to Kari, bristling slightly, glaring at the wolf who had killed his siblings.
(Juno...?)
Saharah turned her face away from her mate as she lay curled up iside their den. She tucked her tail by her chin and stared at the dirt wall.
Frazko licked the small pup.
Kari narrowed her eyes at the black wolf, her mind was focused ad all her senses were alert ad focused on one mission. Kill the black wolf!
Rasho led the wolf to an empty den and sat outside of it, watchig him slyly as he lay down.
Shade dipped his head ad left, trottig alog the borders he soon sceted where the fight had been and he felt a strange compultion to search the river for survivors. He laid his ears back, looked aroud, ad then stepped over the border and ra to the river.
(Ug, I was using my Ipod touch. It Auto-corrects EVERYTHING is odd ways. It tried to make "kurow' Lauri, no joke. Ill take a pic and send it too you. Its insane. I meant Kuni- another example of insane auto-correct)
(I thought she went out of camp O.o confustion)
Leezor was also running to the river directly from camp, knowing where there was a sandbank that cuased the river to spread out of a wider, shallower area. He galloped through the woods, hapf dreading what hes find.
The black wolf layed down staring at a wall.
(lol)
(No, she just skulked off. Sorry- should have been more clear...uh- Clearer*)
Shade sniffed the air, scenting pups but unsure whether their condition. His hackles raised involentarily and he almost shuddered as he glanced up and down the riverbed.
(What's Yeti doing. You forgot to say)
Rasho lay his head on his paws, nothing close to tired but having nothing else to do
"Did Shenzi want to kill that wolf?" Yeti asked, his tone icy calm. "Did anyone even try to get its side of the story? Rain was thinking it though, where as you would have turned and killed him if you weren't stop." his icy amber eyes glinted in lthw slight light in the den.
Saharah stood and turned sharply to face her mate.
"Did you even see what he did!?" she hissed, her ears flat against her head.
"He helped in the killing of those pups!"
Yeti bared his teeth slightly in the small den. "And we'll never know the reason unless we make him talk." His expression angered slightly. "And that still does not give you the right to embarass Rain."
Saharah turned her back on him and left the den, running towards the forest and the cliffs.
Shenzi turned towred Frazko for a second, than ran after Saharah, panting by the time she caught her.
Saharah was staring down at the river, her eyes frozen and unblinking.
Shenzi carefully waked up beside her, and carefully pressed slightly against her.
Saharah didn't move for a second but then she suddenly leaned into her friend.
"Shenzi..." she whispered brokenly.
"Saharah..." Shenzi barked quietly, tears leaking from her eye. She pressed into her friend softly, knowing nothing could be said.
Frazko nuzzled the pup and drew him close before looking up at Yeti, his face solemn.
"Yeti?"
(lol! The word verification is "didwe" lol)
"Yes Frazko?" Yeti asked, his voice carefull with forced calm, struggling to keep his anger in. All he wanted was to lash out- fight, run, anything to relieve his frustration.
Frazko stood after turning and handing Kira, who smiled, his small pup to keep warm and then he padded over to Yeti.
"You need to let it out," he murmured quietly. "You won't have peace till you do. Go into the forest, bellow into the trees, howl, snarl, tear at the ground. Do whatever you want to get rid of the tension inside of you." his voice was calm and understanding, respectfull, yet comanding.
"I-I cant let myself go like that. I Dont know who I'll hu- I dont know what with happen." Yetis face was haunted with anger and mystery.
Frazko's eyes showed sympathy and understanding. He said nothing, the look on his face spoke for him.
(No clue what he's trying to say. wtvr. XD)
Yeti gave a small nod of thankfulness, then turned into his den, and layed withhis back to the entrance as deepas he could go.
Oki whined softly for food.
Shenzi looked down into the river with her good eye, inspecting Saharah's expression.
Frazko left, trotting towards the cliffs where his mate had gone.
(Kira and Reamo- what happened?)
Kira nuzzled Oki and licked the small pup's face gently.
Saharah tried to swallow but her throat seemed to be severly swollen. She blinked and tears slid down her face on either side. Her chest felt tight and her head was pounding. Thoughts were whirrling inside her head and she stood, giving a small cry. She looked at her friend through her tears and shook her head in misery as tears poured down her face.
"I can't do this, Shenzi...I'm sorry." she whispered in a choked voice. It seemed to be in slow motion as she stepped backwards a sent herself falling backwards off the cliff. She hit the water and dissapeared beneath the serface of the rushing rapids...gone...
(I'll be right back. I need to go kill my fingers-)
"Saharah?!?" Shenzi gasped, peering over the cliff. "Saharah????!!!!!?????" She cried louder. "Saharah! Saharah!" She cried over and over again until her throat was raw as the ran down the river, hoping she woulf find her friend snagged on a rock or standing on the shore. She galloped over fallen logs and rocks until she was far out of the territory, but she knew her friend was farther down. She bounded over rocks, and faceplanted into sharp stones, the side of her face pouring blood over her good eye.
Yeti listened as Frazko left camp. With an angry growl, he bounded from camp, knowing he couldnt countain his anger. He lowered his nose to the ground, and picked up Saharah's scent, and the sudden worry of whatshemight have done hit him for the first time. WIth shocking realization he followed the scent, hoping to find her.
(Maybe Yeti and Frazko meet up somewhere and follow the scents for Shenzi and Saharah?)
(Just cause I cant wait...)
Shenzi stood up slowly, blinded. She could fin nothing, not the river, not the rockshe tripped over, not the scent trail leading back the way she came. She only knew the panic and the warm blood seeping down her face.
(sure)
(Check your email.)
Frazko almost ran into Shenzi and his face registered shock and confution mixed with anxiety.
"Shenzi! What happened to you? Where's Saharah?"
(sure)
(Check your email.)
Frazko almost ran into Shenzi and his face registered shock and confution mixed with anxiety.
"Shenzi! What happened to you? Where's Saharah?"
Yeti turned towred her mate's voice, realizing she was shivering in fear. "Saharah!" she panted. "She...she walked off the cliff!" Blood pounded in her ears. "We have to catch up to her!!" Desperation filled her voice.
(Uhm. Bit confused with the character role. 'Her* mate, pounded in her* ears' Uh- I thought it was Yeti....??)
(Sorry, I was up really late the past few nights. Ill re-write it)
Shenzi turned towred her mate's voice, realizing she was shivering in fear. "Saharah!" she panted. "She...she walked off the cliff!" Blood pounded in her ears. "We have to catch up to her!!" Desperation filled her voice.
Frazko grabbed Shenzi's shoulder and jerkedd her backwards facing him.
"Shenzi! What are you talki gnabout???"
"Sh-She just walked off the cliff!" Shenzi was nearly histaric. "We need to find her!!"She turned in the direction where she thought the river was, immeadiatly running headfirst into a tree. She slumped to the ground, and kay there, tears pouring from her eye.
Frazko ran to his mate and licked her cheek.
"What are you talking about?? Why would she- what did- what???"
"I dont know! We just have to go, now!" Shenzi cried, pressing slightly against him.
Frazko nodded and leapt towards the river, scanning it with his sharp eyes.
"Come on! We'll head downstream- there's a lake down there somewhere, I think it's close!"
Shenzi noddedclimbing slowy to her feet, blood from her cuts still leaking down her face. She turned, following Frazko.
(Search! When you find her scent I'll tell what she's done.)
Frazko ran down the river edge calling.
"SAHARAHHHH!!!"
Shenzi nodded, trotting after him, sniffing the ground. Her ear's pirked up as she caught the scent. "Over here!" She called to Frazko.
Frazko ran over. The grass is all wet," he noted in a mutter as he sniffed around.
*******Earlier*******
Saharah coughed and opened her eyes. She had traveled at least 3/4 of a mile away from the cliff and had been dragged ashore by another wolf. She opened her eyes groggily, trying to steady her unfocused eyes and calm the pounding in her head. A handsome wolf was standing over her, a bemused and concerned expression on his face.
(I'll just do his intro so you can get a taste of his personality. Same?)
"Hey, try to stay still. You got banged up pretty good on those rapids," he said, lightly touching her shoulder.
"I helped you get to shore. I bandaged your leg and shoulder pretty well but you need to rest."
"Wh-where am I..." Saharah whispered hoarsly. A sudden sensation of falling made her jump and wince in pain as she jerked her shoulder.
"Ugghh..." she muttered, remembering the whole thing.
"Ah. I don't think I can answer that," he said, his face cocked to one side and his ear lopsided as he grinned good-naturedly. Saharah laughed, ignoring the pain both mental and physical. She staggered to her paws with a grin.
"Thanks for helping me,"
The handsome young wolf stood and grinned also, waving his tail. He dipped his head politely.
"No problem, ma'am. The pleasure is all mine." he said bowing low. Saharah laughed and bowed back
"Ha ha! Thank you, sir."
"Ash," the young wolf smiled, lifting his gaze to hers.
"My name's Ash."
"I'm Saharah."
Saharah's heart was pounding as she gazed into this stranger's eyes and for one instant he seemed to shift into Yeti but then she blinked and it was Ash, grinning and gazing at her.
(OMIGOSH WHAT IF IT WAS HIS BROTHER???)
(THAT would be pretty awesome. Lets do it. And thats 'Yeti's replacement'? Ill get 'Saharah's replacment' in soon)
Shenzi immeaidiatly followed the trails, looking despratly for Saharah.
(Kay-)
Frazko started to follow but suddenly stopped, his hackles rising.
"There's another wolf with her..."
**********
"So, you're a loner?" Ash asked, his head cocked as he padded along side of Saharah.
Saharah paused but then squared her shoulders and returned his look.
"Yes. I'm a loner."
Shenzi snarled. From her limited vantage point, it looked to her like the wolf was trying to hurt Saharah. She lept, knocking Ash to the groud.
Saharah whirled around. She was farther ahead and not sure if she had even been seen.
"Shenzi! Frazko- wha-???" she whispered. She turned and fled into the deeper forest.
Hard training, living as a loner and natural ability gifted Ash and he easily flipped Shenzi off, flinging her into Frazko and then he turned, running after Saharah.
"uuh!" Frazko grunted as Shenzi's weight threw him off balance. He turned and looked up for Shenzi and the stranger but they were gone. He licked his mate's cheek.
"Are you okay?"
Saharah was rolling in a patch of mint.
"They followed me," she muttered.
"Who was that!?" Ash asked, shaking his fur and like-wise rolling in the mint patch without question.
"Uhh...it's a long story..." Saharah muttered vaugely. "I'll telll you later. Main thing is they arn't enemies but I need to stay away from them..."
"Sure thing," Ash was agreeable and he didn't ask questions. Saharah stood up and looked sideways at the young male wolf who flexed his muscles.
"So what do you say, Ash. Team-mates?"
Ash grinned back.
"Sure thing. Lets scat!"
Shenzi was silent fora few moments, laying on the ground. She pricked her ears and her eyes widened, having picked up just slightly on Saharah's and Ash's conversation.(You know, when youre blind/hlf blind, amazing hearing and all?) "Random unplanned attack...not my best idea..." she muttered in a daze, not really thinking of anything.
(Let me play Saharah's replacement for a few minutes then Ill hand her over to you)
Alone, Yeti was walking through the woods, his nerves still shot. He knew he should be looking for Saharah, but something help him back. Instead, he wandered alone off territory, swearing to himself never to go back. All of the sudden, a females voice rang out. "Get off my territory!" she spat, coming out of den burried under a large bush. Yeti turned with a snarl, but held back. "Im sorry. My name is Yeti." He paused, expecting to she-wolf to state her name, but she just looked at him. "Well," he countinued, "Do you know a place where I can go...to escape a past?"He asked somewhat awkwardly. The shewolf softened and laughed slightly. "Im Cynder. And it seems we might just have the same goals." Yeti smiled, a smile not forced, the first in a while. "Which way are you heading?" He asked. "Well, I was hoping to stay here." She responded. "Do you...want to hunt?" Yeti asked somewhat awkwardly. "Of course" Cynder responded, truely meaning it.
(Im skipping ahead since Im lazy but also really excited to get this done. No, the times will not make sense, but oh well)
A week later,(I warned you that it wouldnt make sense!) Yeti and Cynder woke up into the mid morning, curled up next to eachother. Since they met, the two had steadily grown closer, and now were inseperable. Yeti had been good humored and kind, like back in the old territory. Cynder pressed against Yeti lovingly, and whispered in his ear,:I cant imagine life wiithout you. Would you be my mate?" Without thinking, Yeti licked her cheek. "Yes Cynder...yes.."
(Good ol' Yeti, digging himself into a hole as usual. But he's like completely the opposite of what hewas before, all nice and caring... Anyways, You play Cynder but Im going to take over sometimes. We'll just have to share her? )
(I think that Saharah and Ash are sort of on the move, and they go to find a space to stay in Yeti's and Cynder's den while their hunting and they meet that way? If so, PLEASE I really want to skip ahead to it. Im going to Play Cynder through that though. And FYI, their really in love, Yeti and Cynder. Im thinking of adding a pup or two to the mix,but We'll see.)
(Omg, a pup??? Wow...yikes....just..wow....we need to tell the pack at the camp too. And taking over with Shenzi and Yeti. And figuring things out- and telling the pups. A week? You sure?)
Frazko nuzzled his mate and turned away.
"She needs time," he murmured. "She's not being held against her will if that was her and anyway she can take care of herself. We need to get back to the camp and tell the others.."
Saharah and Ash lay curled up in a dip in the ground. They had become close friends in the week they had spent together and Saharah was content. She got up without waking him and streched, leaving the dip in the ground and walking through the forest to the clearing where you could look off over the mountains for miles and miles. It was cool and warm outside. Perfect weather for anything. She sat down and inhaled deeply looking around her. As she let out her breath her thoughts, for the first time in a few days, traveled miles away...back to Mistypack. She'd felt glad she'd left. Happy. Content. She hadn't felt so young in moons. Now she felt shadows of guilt seeping through her and she blinked back tears and her chest felt tight.
"Kari....Delta..Sako.." she murmured. How had it seemed so easy to leave them....and Shenzi.......and......Yeti...
"I can never go back..." she whispered.
(What have we done???? We ruined the pack!! XD)
(Im just sayingg it was time. Maybe it was longer, but its a while later.)
A week-ish later, the camp was abuzz with worry. Saharah had not been seen by any wolf, and Yeti had been seen only once by Leko, who had seen Yeti running joyfully pressed against a strange she-wolf. Shenzi had refuesed to leave her den since they got back, and hadnt eaten or moved since. The pack was bordering on hysteria and dissarray.
Yeti thought about none of this. To him, therewas only Cynder. He hadnt though about anyone, not even Saharah, since he left. He nuzzled Cynder lovingly as the walked out of their den into the crisp morning air.
(Can we PLEASE have the two groups meet soon? Im really excited for it.)
(I'm getting a little nervous about this plot. It seems to be right but also it can turn nasty if we don't play it right...I think we should take it a bit slower and add some detail and mixed emotions of the pack and the main characters. It just seems to be going to fast.
And it seems weird that they can see Yeti every once in a while- I thought they went like, miles away? Wtvr. Whatchya think?)
(I'm doing two comments so I can erase this one if It gets weird.--Can I try rping Cynder?)
Cynder padded along side of Yeti as they walked through the cool forest to the higher mountains. It was dusk but the air wasn't getting colder- it stayed just warm enough to be comfortable.
They sat down on the rocky edge together and Cynder breathed in the scents of the night. It was a full moon coming up and the night was gorgeous. Without turning to him Cynder spoke softly to Yeti.
"What truly brought you here, Yeti? For real - I know your not a loner." she murmured softly.
(I can delete this if it interfere's with plans. I'm just trying it out.)
Kari lay on the grass under the shade of a tree next to Kuni.
"I can't believe mom's gone..." she muttered dejectedly as she stared blankly in front of her.
Rasho stood and called awkwardly to the beta, unsure of Shenzi's present rank & how to address her.
"Uhh...Bet- uh,... Shenzi..? What are we doing with this scum-bag? Shade and I have him well guarded- what's the plan?"
"You might wanna ask Frazko as it was Shenzi who had her pups thrown off a cliff, Mr. Tactical!" snorted Shade into Rasho's ear. Rasho shoved him and Shade snickered and turned back to the black wolf.
(Well, they only saw him once, like the two venured futher from their den than normal)
Yeti didnt say anything at first. After a moment, he spoke. "Well...I got in sort of a fight with a wolf... We were the alphas of a pack together, but we werent very close...and then I just left. I couldnt stand it there..." He swallowed, nervous of her response.
Kuni didnt respond, noing nothing could be said. He rolled onto his back, looking up at the sky.
"Go throw him off the cliff." Shenzi's voice was ragged but filled with venom. "Kill him in the most painfull way possible. Hes ruined the pack.He doesnt deserve to live."
Cynder stood, confusion and disbelief scrawled across her face.
"Y-you have a mate...??"
Kari rolled over also and her fur brushed his. She felt something similar to an electric shock down her back and she gasped slightly.
Shade exchanged looks with Rasho and Rasho dipped his head and turned around with a questioning look at Shade.
"Ex-mate" Yeti barked quickly. "I cant stand her..."
Kuni flinched slightly, but didnt move away.
Leko listened from outside the den, listening in to Shade's, Rasho's, and Shenzi's conversation. A confuesed look crossed his face.
(*Audience "awws"*)
Cynder cocked her head, her eyes showing concern and sadness.
"What happened...." she whispered.
Kari turned her face away slightly, her eyes stinging.
"I wish... mom and dad were...." she felt her throat grow tight and she tried to swallow, squeezing her eyes tight.
Rasho finally inhaled, stood and walked over to the black wolf.
"Come with me, scum." he growled with a glare.
"And if you try anything...hah- good luck saving your flea-ridden pelt."
Yeti swallowed. "One of our beta's was having pup, but a wolf came and threw most of them off a cliff, but my ex-mate and I sent them away. Afterward we started fighting until I left.
Kuni brushed her slightlyin a comforting manner. "Im so sorry..."
The black wolf said nothing.
Cynder looked horrified.
"That's horrible.." she almost whispered. She looked at the ground. It was dark now but the moon was climbing steadily upwards lighting the night as it cleared the mountains.
Kari turned, her eyes shut, and she leaned against him, her head buried in his chestfur. She tried to stop the flow of tears but they came anyway and she cried quietly.
Rasho led and Shade flanked the wolf.
(Where are we goin' here....)
"So... how did you get here?" Yei asked some what carefully. (When they go back to their den, do they find Saharah and Ash?)
Kuni licked her cheek hesitantly.
(Umm, idk)
(Not sure)
Cynder shook her head and laughed slightly.
"It's a boring story. Basically i was born a loner. I figured out how to survive and taught myself everything I know."
she answered after a moment.
(Dunno what to say Kari does now.....)
(No clue either...)
(I think they should.)
Yeti nodded slowly. He looked up at the stars, purely happy. After a minute he stood up. "Lets gobackto the den." He barked quietly.
(Yes, Saharah and Ash will be there.)
(Idk what Kuni does...)
(Maybe the wolf tries to escape?)
Cynder stood and looked sideways at him.
"Yeti. We can't so this! You have a mate! And a pack. You abandoned them...." she broke off in a whisper as she stared at Yeti's face.
(Sounds good. Saharah: "I don't wanna talk to you," Yeti: "Same" Ash & Cynder: "What the heck??")
(*Kari does something*)
(Wow! You can read my mind! Where is this thing leading up too? Have one of your wolves help so you can do some story. Leko?)
Yeti's tone turned dark. "I have no pack. They never wanted me anyways. And my old mate is gone. She's nothing to me."
(I so see that coming)
Kuni pulled away slightly. "Lets go for a walk." He barked softly.
(Leko)
Leko trotted up slowly. "What are you going to do with this fiend?" He asked Rasho.
(AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!)
Cynder scoffed quietly.
"You don't know what your doing." she whispered.
"Your lucky to have a pack And a mate..." she turned away and lay down.
Kari stood and followed him.
Rasho gave a grunt.
"He has no clue" Shade translated in a whisper.
"Cynder." Yeti was growing desprate. "You mean more to me then they ever did. I cant go back. Your all I have left..."
Kuni led furth into the forest, then turned back to Kari.
Leko nodded. "Will you fufill Shenzi's orders?"
Cynder turned to him.
"You don't get it so you..." she murmured. She sighed and sat down.
"I've been a loner all my life. My parents hated me. I've been beaten, rejected, laughed at and hurt. Broken and dejected, betrayed and used. I've known all the pain you can feel. I've been through it all. How can you just throw away your life in a pack like that...?"
Kari gazed into his eyes.
(Awkwardish..)
Rasho turned and faced them all.
"I will do what I feel is right. What will bring justice." he said simply.
"A pack isnt as easy as it sounds. Everyone constantly looking to you, watching yur every move, expecting you to cinstantly solve all the problems they can come up with. I was born a lone wolf, and I never should have done anything different." Yeti was tense.
(Little bit.) Kuni looked back, before cautiously licking her cheek.
"And your plan is...?
Cynder looked away.
"What about your mate...I'm sure she loved you..."
(Yeah..."Lets go into the forest!!!" kinda.......weird.. XD )
Kari smiled at him. He had grown so much. It seemed like they had both been pups only a day ago....
Rasho glowered at him.
"We'll find out, won't we." he growled.
"'Loved' is the key word." Yeti barked softly. "We had been growing apart for a while...It was bound to happen...and Cynder, finding you was the best think thats every happenedto me..."
Kuni swallowed. "Want to...hunt?"
Leko nodded slightly ans turned to follow.
Cynder looked into his eyes. Her normally sparkling eyes were now dull and full of tears.
"Yeti..." she tried to protest.
Kari nodded and smiled.
"Sure,"
(This i getting boring........................)
(Yeah...)
"Cynder...please understand....thatover for me..." Yetis eyes were watering slightly.
(He's so brave!! lol- jk. Okay, I'm ready to kill myself for starting this plot. My bad. Lets see what we can do with this.)
Cynder gave him a sad look and then sighed.
"Lets get back to the den," she murmured, padding through the moonlight.
Saharah and Ash lay down in the small den. Saharah sniffed curiously.
"Smells like sombody else was here," she noted. "But with all this mint on my fur I can't tell..."
(This could turn out good.)
(Am I playing Ash sort of?)
Yeti nodded slightly and turned and followed, licking her cheek as they walked.
(If we wanna do a new part or something of the story play the character. If not, I'll do it. We can play them whenever we want.)
Cynder suddenly ran forward, her hackles rising.
"Who are you!" she snarled at Saharah and Ash.
"Yeti!"
(You can play him)
Yeti snarled, taking an offensive stance. "Get out of our den." His voice was flat as he stood next to Cynder.
Saharah lay her ears back, trying to smother the hurt she felt.
"Yeti! What are you doin ghere??"
Yeti lowered his head. "Im living with my mate." He growled, then looked at the wolf Saharah was with, and snarled loudly. "And what are you doing away from your pack with my brother?????"
Suddenly everybody was talking.
"What the- your mate!!???" Cynder spun around to turn to Yeti in disbelief.
"What are YOU doing here!? I thought you were dead!" Ash retorted quizzically.
"WHAT IN THE NAME OF *random something or other that wolves would use* IS GOING ON HERE????" bellowed Saharah.
Yeti shrugged slightly, cleching his teeth and saying nothing at first before bellowing, "Everyone PLEASE be quiet so we sort this out and not fight like rogues!" After everyone quieted down slightly, he spoke. "Cynder, this wolf was my mate. Ash, I had no ideawhat happened to you either. Id love to spend time together and talk about our lives like brothers do, but these are not the right circumstances to do so. No Saharah, I dont know whats going on either." He spoke calmly, trying o act brave and hide the way his voice was shivering with fear and sadness.
Ash shoved forwards
"No! Not later! You've been living a lie a long time, Yeti and I suspect this is part of it," he gestured towards Cynder and Yeti.
"What the heck happened to you out there? We all thought you were dead." his voice dropped a little lower and he stared at his brother.
(Not sure who 'we' is. I'm making this up as I go. XD)
"Yeti, this is your brother? I thought all your packmates were killed!?" Saharah said quizzically and almost angrily.
"What other 'lies' are you telling?"
"Yeti what's going on!?" Cynder broke in. All the wolves were now staring at Yeti, waiting for him to speak.
Yeti voice dropped to almost a whisper. "I though you were dead. I thought the whole pack died. I didnt know I had any living family. How was I supposed to know you were alive?" His tone was filled with desparation and his heart pounded. He was giving up, loosing the fight. I was easy to tell that giving up meant loosing everything for him. Deep in his mind, one word echoed over and over: Suicide
(that almost rymes..Idt I spelled that right..)
Ash turned to Saharah and saw her eyes were averted from the white wolf's and she was trying hard not to cry.
"Saharah," he murmured "Cynder? Can you two please give us a moment?"
Saharah and Cynder nodded slowly and left.
"Yeti.." Ash murmured sitting down.
"What's wrong...what went wrong all those years ago...you've changed." his voice was low and his eyes looked pained and concerned for his brother.
"Ash....Ive been on the verge of dying so many times, saved only to come close to death again....So you have any idea how many times I want to die? Do you know how much I plot the easiest way to kill myself?" Yeti was quite, but his voice was filled with anger.
Ash looked sympatheticly at his brother and sighed.
"Bro, it's your life. I can't make you do anything...but..." he sighed again and looked at the ground for a moment.
"Man, you really messed up as a brother.." he muttered to himself barely above a whisper.
"I don't know, bro...I really don't...What happened with you and your mate?"
"What happened between me and my mate is no buisness of the only wolf who knows how crazy I really am." Yeti snapped irritablely. "All you need to know is that we broke up. We never should have been together." Yeti quieted slightly. "The only wolf I ever should have been with died knowing I chose Saharah over her, and thats the reason she died." As he was talking, rain began to kick up, starting out at a drizzle pefore becoming a downfall, lightning flashing through the trees.
(Shoot! When he said you messed up I meant he was talkin gto himself- mad he never helped! lol. I think it sounded backwards. XD)
(Ahh. The rain again.
Ash looks cool with wet fur........)
"Listen to yourself, Yeti." Ash said firmly as a flash of lightning lit up the sky showing his steady gaze directed at his brother.
"You seriously think she died because of that. Word gets around- she died because a wolf killed her! That loner wolf called Rasho? Heard of him? He used to run with Talho Pack I heard. She didn't die of a broken heart, Yeti. It wasn't meant to be."
Rain poured down across the two wolves (camera is raised higher while still focused on the two as lighting lights them up once more) and thunder pounded across the sky.
(Play Cynder)
Saharah's tears mingled with the rain in her fur.
"He said he loved me...he said it so many times," she cried brokenly. "He said he'd never leave me. He became a father!"
The fact about Rasho didnt suprise Yeti at all. "You would understand if you saw the look on her face when she saw me and Saharah together... Ill never forget the look..such pure sadness.. I didnt get to talk to her again before she died. She died knowing I betrayed her.
"A...father?" Cynder said quietly. "He...never said anything...." Jelousy flooded through her, wishing she could have lived Saharah's life in a pack before.
Ash shook his head, looking at the ground as rain dripped off his fur.
"I wish I could make you understand, brother..." he murmured softly.
Saharah choked on a sob.
"He always loved her, didn't he." she whispered. "But I had his pups. He said he'd never leave me-" she broke off again and sobbed brokenly.
(Ahhh, drama..)
Ash shook his head, looking at the ground as rain dripped off his fur.

Cynder looked up, slightly startled . "Who's 'her'? She asked carefully.
"I understand just fine." Yeti barked quietly. All of the sudden, the ground near the two wolves was striking by lightning, sparking trees into fire.
Saharah inhaled a few times before speaking.
"Kazrah." she murmured. "The former Alpha who was killed many moons ago in a fight against Talho Pack,"
Ash leapt forwards, instinctivly grabbing his brother to try and protect him.
Cynder said nothing, sitting silently before pricking her ears. "Fire!!!"
Yeti threw Ash away, urging him to run. For a moment, Yeti stared into the raging fire, mezmerized by it. Unthinkingly, he murdered just loudly enough to be heard, to himself. "I can't run... I need to be strong..." He turned to run, but the wind swept embers actions the ground. A wall of fire separated him from his brother, and he jumped back into a puddle formed by a low spot and the rain.
Saharah leapt to her paws, her hackles raised and her wet fur glistening. She ran around the corner to where Yeti and Ash were panting.
(MURDURED!?!?!? lol- typo)
"YETI!" Ash howled from the wall of fire.
"NO!!"
"YETI!!!!" Saharah was calling through the growing smoke. She choked and staggered.
"YETI?!?"
Cynder ran towards Ash's voice adn was lost in the smoke. Now dazed and losing conciousness Saharah staggered and called once more, "Yeti...." in a weak voice before falling over and collapsing in the puddle of rain at her paws.
(Ha haaaaah)
(My Ipods fail autocorrect)
Yeti staggered, the smoke nearly blinding him. He looked around, and what little he could see was surrounded by flame. There was only one thing he could do, one way not to be burned as severly. He backed to the edge of his clearing, took a running start, and leaped the flames. He fell unconsious next to Saharah, flames licking at his fur.
(Nice, *she grinned at her fellow writer with her head tilted a little to one side and her ears slightly back.*)
(Dibs on RPing Ash)
Ash spun around, almost crashing into Cynder as he scanned the area for his brother.
"Where's Yeti??" he called over the thunder and the crackling of the fire.
Cynder stumbled, looking around. Faintly she caught a flash of white through the smoke. "Over here!" Sh coughed, moving in the direction. "He's on fire!" she cried.
Ash leapt through the flames expertly, narrowing his eyes against the smoke and fire he found himself on the other side next to Yeti and Saharah.
"Cynder! Help me get them!"
He grabbed Yeti's scruff and began to pull him away to safety.
Cynder grabbed Saharahs scruff, dragginf her gently until they reached an area that was more or less not filled with smoke. Cynder let go Saharah, coughing. They were upwind of the fire and it didnt see like it would spread futher in their direction.
"This rain should put it out soon," Ash coughed, shaking out his fur and glancing at the rain that was starting to pour down harder and faster.
"Figures- only dead tree ages around and it gets struck by lightning," snorted Ash. He turned back to his brother and lightly splashed a bit of water on his face.
"Yeti?"
Yeti groaned slightly when the water hit his face, and he coughed. Slowly, he open his eyes, looking around but not really seeing.
Saharah coughed and spluttered as rain pelted her face and body. She was faced away from Yeti. Her eyes flickered open.
"Y-yeti..." she whispered. "Where's-" she coughed again. "-Yeti...." she fell again into uncontiousness.
Yeti heard none of this, instead he thought about how much his body hurt. Heat seemed to blanket him. After a few minutes he became aware of the world. He tried to ask what had happened, but it came out as a groaning cough. He looked up at Cynder and Ash.
Ash looked at his brother in concern and nodded for Cynder to check Saharah.
"You okay, Yeti..?" he asked.
"Does in look like Im okay?" Yeti asked, coughingly. His eyes settled on Saharah, and his eyes filled with fear. "Sah...arah..." He moved like he wanted to get up.
Ash stepped back to give him room.
Saharah coughed again and groaned, trying to lift her head she had banged into the tree when she fell.
"Unnnh....Y-.....Y-.....t....i............."
Yeti have stood up, his back legs seeming unable to move. I slight breeze caught his fur. Dark patches of charred fur and skin spotted his pelt, and his paws were completely black. "Saharah" His vice was reged but determined, interupted by boughts of coughing. "Please...get up..."
