When complications hit Mistypack, Saharah (the alpha) decided to take instant action against the invading uprights, shortage of food and overall bad territory. They then put some distance between that territory (around 200 miles worth) even with the new pups of the alphas and betas. Long story short, an enemy wolf was recruited, then turned against them and became alpha by force. Terror and bad times followed his reign and a battle is currently raging.
Kuni and Kari's story can be followed at the Fresh Kill link below the chat box on the right sidebar. An uprising started by Sako surged through the pack and they revolted against the guards. The battle is raging and wolves from both sides are falling. Who will triumph? Add your attacks to the battle by commenting in the newest post!
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW JOIN FORMS AS THE PACK IS INNACTIVE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Keep watch for posts informing followers of a possible Sequel blog to Mistypack.

Reprieved by hours from certain death; caressed by an unending, placid night. Thoughts whisked away like the caprices of childhood yielding to the more plausible, yet meeker, realities. The injured wolf, disingenuous in mind and affable in spirit lays immobile to the bleak world around her. Her pristine white fur is no longer pure, but tainted sallow from the grime and filth that she lays in. After so long, what seems like eternity, the white wolf finally opens her eyes. Blurry images and silhouettes dance across her vision. She inhales deeply, cringing when she is met with pain. Where was she? “Hikari!” A speckled wolf, Endure, exclaims with widening eyes.“Look, she’s waking up! Sky, you’re brilliant! You saved her!” The still wolf’s vision returns fully, but her mind is under a torpor blanket. There were several wolves around her, looking at least a bit brightened by her conscious state. “…for the pack…” She murmured the last vow she was aware of making, trying to remember clearly what had occurred. Her untoward jerk of limbs is what announced to the others that she could recall the events beforehand. The scenes of her last moments replayed in her head over and over and over again. She shuddered, shying away and into herself – the throbs of neck pain ignored as she whimpered a taut mantra of distress, “I’m alive….I’m alive...I’m alive…I’m alive….Kurow…Mother…” The white wolf stayed curled up in the camp clearing that the others had carefully brought her in, oblivious to others who seemed on the border between maudlin and relieved. Endure watched with a poignant gaze, but remained still as Hikari tried to recover from whatever it was she was going through. But she was just content another wolf had not perished during the attack. Especially when said wolf was perhaps the closest thing to a sister… So the usually irritable female lifted her chin and gazed into the cleared evening sky, an ethereal sunset painted by lost spirits and friends as they raced towards the heavens in hopes of reaching Starpack, starlight raining down from their fur as they did.
Tomorrow would surely bring a new day, and with it would come a fresh beginning.
"Father, thank you for watching over me," Endure paused and simpered gratefully,"and Mistypack."
Karuso snarled in fury. Mistypack was overpowering his guards. Some fool ahad begun shouting that he, Karuso, had been tricking them all along. Hah! His guards wouldnt fall for that! Or would they...
He backed up and then turned and ran into the forest. The sound of the battle roaring in his ears and for the first time since his puppyhood, he felt fear.
